Trees dropped branches on my trailer roof. What should I do?
Book an inspection before sealing anything. Impact damage often cracks the membrane well beyond the visible dent, and sealing over it can hide the crack. We photograph and document everything in case you need it for insurance.
My roof is covered in sap. Can it just be coated over?
No. Sap is a release layer, and coating over it sets the coating up to fail. The sap needs proper removal and the membrane needs de-chalking first. That prep is most of the labour, and it’s the part that makes the coating last.
