RV Roof Repair in North Bay & Sudbury
North Bay and Sudbury mark the northern edge of our map. The near-north corridor where winters are longest and the local options for specialist roof work are thinnest. That combination is exactly why these runs exist.
Mobile service in North Bay & Sudbury
Near-north visits are the most planned runs we do: photo-scoped in advance, scheduled in batches, and built around full-scope work like resealing, water damage repair, and replacements. If you’re north of Sudbury or west toward the Sault, ask anyway. The honest answer depends on the job.
North Bay and Callander on Lake Nipissing, Mattawa down the Ottawa River, Sturgeon Falls and the Highway 17 corridor west to Sudbury and Espanola. The near north, where the map’s edge is a scheduling question rather than a hard line.
Winters that outlast the sealant’s patience
The near north adds two things the south doesn’t: cold that regularly dips past minus thirty, and winters that run five months or more. Deep cold makes aged sealant glass-brittle (joints that flex harmlessly at minus ten crack silently at minus thirty) and the long season means storage damage has months to compound before anyone climbs a ladder. Units up here go into winter earlier and come out later than anywhere else we service.
The other reality is thinner local coverage for specialist roof work. That is not a criticism of the north; it is why our northern runs are built the way they are. Batched, photo-scoped, and loaded for full-scope jobs, so one visit can do what would otherwise take a season of waiting.
The near-north corridor
Lake Nipissing’s shoreline
North Bay, Callander, and Sturgeon Falls camps and cottage lots hold units through the region’s longest storage season. Spring checks up here happen in May, not April.
Mattawa & Samuel de Champlain country
The Ottawa River corridor east of North Bay, provincial-park country with private camps along Highway 17. Natural waypoints on our eastern approach.
Sudbury & the Highway 17 west camps
From Windy Lake country to Espanola, Sudbury-side stops complete the northern loop. Multiple scoped jobs per trip is how this corridor works best.

Local questions
How does scheduling work this far north?
In planned batches, usually seasonal. Send photos and location details early. We build northern runs around confirmed, scoped jobs, and being on the list beats calling the week you need it.
Is it worth waiting for your run instead of using someone local?
Honest answer: depends on the job. For general RV work, local shops serve the north well. For roof-specific work (membrane repair, proper resealing, water damage sequencing) specialist depth is what we bring up Highway 11, and for those jobs owners tell us the wait was the right call.
The near north waits for no sealant.
If your unit lives between North Bay and Sudbury, get photos to us early. Northern runs are built in advance, and the list is the schedule.
