Mobile RV Roof Repair in Toronto & the GTA
GTA RV owners face the tightest storage situation in the province. Units squeezed into driveways, rented pads, and packed storage lots where towing a leaking trailer anywhere is a project in itself. Mobile service exists for exactly this: the roof gets inspected and repaired where the RV already sits.
Mobile service in Toronto & the GTA
We run GTA routes regularly from our Durham base. Scarborough and Markham are minutes away, and the 401/407 corridors make Mississauga and Brampton practical scheduled stops. Storage-lot appointments are the most common visit type here; confirm your lot allows service visits and we handle the rest.
Scarborough and Markham on the near side, Toronto proper, Richmond Hill and Vaughan up the middle, Mississauga and Brampton to the west, if the 401, 407, or 400 reaches it, so do we.
The storage-lot life
Toronto has exactly one campground (Glen Rouge, on the Scarborough side of Rouge Park) and it has spent recent seasons closed for upgrades. That single fact explains GTA RV life: nearly every unit here lives in a commercial storage lot or a squeezed driveway, unwatched for months, packed close enough that a ladder between units is a negotiation.
City air adds its own problem. Urban fallout (traffic film, industrial dust) builds a greasy layer that looks like harmless dirt but blocks sealant adhesion outright. Resealing a GTA roof starts with degreasing it properly, which is a bigger share of the job here than anywhere else we work. Heat-island summers bake that film on and age membranes a little faster for good measure.
Where GTA RVs wait out the week
Storage lots along the 407 belt
Markham, Vaughan, and Brampton lots hold thousands of units nose-to-tail. We work these regularly. Send a photo of the parking situation so we can flag access issues before booking.
Scarborough & the Rouge corridor
Minutes from our Durham base, the east end is our fastest GTA response zone. Driveway visits and lot appointments both work well here.
Mississauga & Brampton’s commercial yards
West-end stops are scheduled runs timed around the 401’s better hours. Photo-first estimates keep these visits efficient.

Local questions
My RV is in a crowded storage lot in the GTA. Can you still work on it?
Usually, yes. We need safe roof access and the lot’s permission for service visits. Tight spacing is normal; send a photo of the parking situation with your request and we’ll flag any access concerns before booking.
Do you charge extra for Toronto traffic?
Travel is one of the factors in every estimate, and we schedule GTA runs to avoid the worst windows. It’s confirmed up front, never a surprise line item.
Why does resealing a city-stored roof need extra prep?
Urban fallout builds a traffic-film layer that sealant won’t bond to. It has to be degreased and cleaned off first. Skipping that step is how coatings and sealant beads fail early. It’s a real labour line on GTA jobs, and it’s the one that makes the work last.
Your RV waits in a lot. Its leak doesn’t.
Send photos of the roof and the parking spacing, plus your lot’s location. We’ll confirm access, scope the work, and fix the roof exactly where it sits.
